Ingredients for making Achari Raita

Curd – 2 cups
Salt- as per taste
Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
Coriander leaves – finely chopped

For tempering
Mustard oil- 2 tablespoons
Asafoetida – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Nigella seeds – ½ teaspoon
Fennel- 1 teaspoon
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Green chillies – 2 to 3

Recipe for making Achari Raita

Put curd in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves in it. Put mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, nigella seeds, fennel seeds, asafoetida and temper it. Now add chopped ginger and green chillies cut in half. When it is cooked, put it in the bowl containing curd and mix it well. Delicious Achari Raita is ready.
